Jamie is a data specialist, engineer, and product architect. He is a serial entrepreneur, having been a founder and executive in multiple leading-edge technology companies. He spent 9 years as the CEO/Founder of Initial State, a SaaS data platform that was acquired by Tektronix (NYSE:FTV). His work has been featured in magazines such as Popular Science, MAKE:, and MagPi, as well as tech media websites such as LifeHacker, Hackaday, and Network World. He also holds 17 issued patents.
Benji DeMotte

Benji has 30+ years experience on-deck as an accomplished head coach at every major collegiate, high school, and club level. His coaching stops include Binghamton University, University of Arkansas, NOVA Swim Club, South Carolina Swim Club, and more. Benji has coached 5 Olympians, 15 NCAA All-American swimmers, and 5 National Age Group record holders to go along with team conference champions at America East (D1) and SUNYAC (D3) as head coach. He is currently the Senior Coach at Excel Aquatics.
